Is it usual to a PTB patient to have only a clear, unchangeable, white mucus but not experiencing any fever, night sweating, or coughing colored mucus or with blood???

I've been taking the 1st regimen treatment for almost 5 months which must be ended by the 6th month after having found myself positive by xray analysis. I didn't experience any common symptoms from the start except having weight loss and a clear white mucus that doesn't change in color..
What should i do doc to get rid of this mucus?

Am I still harmful to other people around me?

Should i stop working with my job as a sales rep.?

How can i assure myself that I am completely cleared of tb bacteria?
Im gonna be insane with this illness...please help..:(
