Hi doc, I've been experiencing these tiny shiny bumps on the top glan of my penis for over 7 months now. They aren't puss filled and have not formed any type of yellow crust. They don't hurt unless I sort of wash a little hard in that area and even then it's more like an irritation than pain. I've never had these before. I had a sexual encounter with a girl about 3 to 4 years ago. I don't know what this could be because they don't fit the descriptions I've read online for herpes. Maybe you could shed some light on me
