Hi doc,

So about 3 weeks ago i got a copper iud implanted ever since i have not stopped cramping and bleeding its soooo irritating the bleeding mostly i mess all my clothes up I can't even have some fun with my boyfriend completely defeating the purpose of why i got it is this normal? Is there anything i could do on my end to stop the bleeding? I have a appointment for next week to make sure my iud is in the right place i cant feel the strings but i know my doctor had tucked it away so that's probably why but i really want to have some fun with my bf this weekend.. HELP :(
