Hi Doc, After Ovarian Drilling On Aug 5, Got My

Hi doc, after ovarian drilling on aug 5, got my period after using resgestrone on september21st. On second day visited doc she suggested for siphene for 5 days and 3 humog injections of 75,150,150 after follicular study on 11th day size was 19 asked to take pubergen 10,000, had follicular study on 16th day but follicle did not rupture and size in left ovary was 34. She suggested for decapeptyl 0.1mg and asked to visit on 20th day. will the follicle rupture with this injection, if yes how many hours ? If not what are the consequences,will the follicle remain there? Will there be any chance to conceive in the next cycle? Help me out in knowing the Probability of follicle rupture in next cycle?
