Hi Doc Found Out I Was Pregnant About 2 Weeks

Hi doc found out I was pregnant about 2 weeks ago bt went in for a ultrasound to determine length of pregnancy and the foundings were uterus anteverted,non gravid and normal in size n echopattern. Both ovaries are normal in size n appearance and there is no free fluid in the pouch of douglas. His impressions are early intrauterine pregnancy, unable to rule out ectopic pregnancy and biochemical correlation suggested. My question is what does these mean??
