Hi doc..iam 29 weeks pregnant and i have noticed that my heamoglobin level is 7.1 before which it was 10.98 in the first trimester and after a viral fever at around 20 weeks it droped to 8.i have been trying to increase my hb levels eating dates,spinach,liver and many more but inspite of al that it again droped down to 7.1 is this really an issue of concern ? Im worried alot..at times i feel a bit dizzy and im on two iron tablets a day..kindly do reply n also help me out in recovering my hb levels..thank you!!
