Hi , Doctor . Ive Been Diagnosed With Subclinical Hypothyroid

Hi , doctor . Ive been diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroid 4 years ago before my gallbladder removal . It was subclinical hypo tsh7 everything else in range . After 2 weeks of my surgery and being on eltrox0.05 my levels were alright but the doctor left me on that dosage . For the past years ive experienced many side effects : heart problems, severe anxiety and panic attacks , nervousness , bone muscle pain etc. So i decided to stop my medicine and foe the past three months i feel full of energie while before around 14h i was so tired , panic and anxiety reduced to minimum , loosing some cm , mood imrpoved, normal pms and peroids all regular and o time etc . But this month during my period noticed big amounts of hair loss . Still havent done the blood test for thyroid so i wonder what can be the cause ? What isyour advise for me to do and which blood test should i do for clear results ? Thank you
