Hi doctor. My wife has been diagnosed with anxiety and depression last year and started 45 mg mirtazapine and 20mg ecitalopram. It has worked great for her and have been totally healthy for about a year. We went back home and got married, It went well and she was extremely happy. I havent seen her as happy as this before. All of a sudden she start to feel down and her anxiety came back and hit her really bad than before, Our plan was to have a baby and start a happy family. Now she is bac to ecotalopram and mirtazapin 20mg and 30mg respectively. It has been almost a little more than a month. But she has no improvement yet. And we are scared that the medicine is not going to work again. And she is scared that how she could be able to get pregnant while on those meds. We are scared and please help us please
