Hi doctor, for almost a year now I have been experiencing a lot of discomfort with my ear.. When comparing both my ears it even appears that my right ear (near my tragus) is softer and more open. When symptoms started occurring I was digging at my ear with my finger because it felt like something was stuck in there and felt a loud pop and ever since then I have excruciating facial pain/stiffness 24/7, along with really bad balance and vision problems where I see little black dots and shapes, especially when I turn to look at something. It appears that gluten makes my symptoms much more severe so I have temporarily cut that out of my diet. I have been tested for everything, gotten a MRI of my brain, been hooked up to an EKG, seen about 8 different ENT doctors and been to 3 different neurologists, without a single answer or even clue as to what is going on. I have become very stressed out and feel depressed and anxious from these symptoms that won't seem to get any better. It is also extremely difficult to get up in the morning and I feel so tired everyday no matter how much sleep I get, at any time of the day I feel exhausted and wish I was sleeping. Do you have any clue as to what may be going on here? Have you ever heard of such symptoms before and can possibly steer me in the right direction to help overcome this? Please let me know, I'm desperate to get better and get my normal life back!!!
