Hi doctor, i'm 23 years old and i've been suffering from hair loss for more than 3 years due to anaemia and low vitamin D. I've visited 2 doctors so far and i used different kind of shampoos and medicines but nothing worked for me and now the doctor asked me to take 3 iron supply injections. I took only one injection and im taking iron capsules and 2 types of vitamin pills for the growth of hair and nails. Is it okay if i take 2 or more vitamins? Will it affect my weight? And is it necessary that i take iron injections?
