Hi Doctor My Mother Age Is 48 Years..they Start Feel

Hi doctor my mother age is 48 years..they start feel period after since 15 year.now she is normal no period no blading no pain..but after ultrasound the utrus seems bulky in shape and mother have stone of 14 mm in peet ki thali...it can be a doubt of cancer??? Plz sugeest I am so worried..but mo bleeding no pain no period its is just for 1 week..but tumer as get place of 8 mm in ultrsound report..
