Hi doctor,I had a operation for 1 anal fissure and 2 piles ..its been 10 months now but I always feel discharge of poop automatic and sometime itchi. Iv started using himalaya pilex tablet n ointment it gave me relief from leaking poop for a month , now I feel it again .I have no pain while passing stools I get stools soft n regular. My working hours is 12 hrs standing most of the time ..what's the issue plz suggest doctor.
