Hi Doctor,my Baby Boy Is 3 Months And 10 Days

Hi doctor,my baby boy is 3 months and 10 days today. His weight was 2.75 when born.And his weight is 4.89 kgs now.till now he is on breastfeeding., But still he looks thin by overall body weight. Pls suggest me any diet so that I could make him little fatty. He is also suffering from cough from last month and usually suffers from rashes under his bums last from 2 months.
