Hi, don't mean to be paranoid here but, and this eventually ends with a question about my 3 year old son, I have been sick for 11 days now - put on antibiotic yesterday for what may be a secondary bacterial infection - didn't sound definitive. Anyway, the middle 3 days of my illness I probably had a mild fever and felt horrible it seems to be going out with lung rattling coughing. All this to say that about 5 days ago my 3 year old son got sick - his progressed through phases quicker then mine and now he seems to be doing better but still very stuffy and periodically hacking but less frequently. All that as background - tonight he said that his tummy was hurting and indicated that it was on the left side. Hurting enough that he was crying - tried to get him to go to the bathroom which he try to do but stated that he couldn't - he is currently lying down and probably near sleep but my wife said he did a similar thing earlier in the day and at that time he was able to defecate. Any thoughts? Am I paranoid? should I be worried?
