Hi Dr. Im A 36 Year Old Female With A

Hi dr.
im a 36 year old female with a background hx of rec optic neuritis and posterior scleritis.
ive been on sterpids and other immunomodulating drugs before but since past 3 to 4 years, just on and of nsaids and recently cyclosporin eye drops.

While excercising today, i noticed that theres an indentation over the medial aspect of my right tibia.specifucally about 7 cm above the right medial maleolus.

What could be the cause? Its painless and its not oedema.
