Hi , Female Here Age 27. Single And Not Pregnant.

Hi , female here age 27. Single and not pregnant. I got my result of my U/S Trans-vaginal today. I was asked to to do the procedure due to prolonged bleeding for 1 month and 2 weeks now. The comments were: 1. The endometrial and myometrial echoes appear homogenous and intact with no evident abnormality seen
2. The endometrium is thick and hyperechoic with intact subendometrial halo.
3. The right ovary is unremarkable.
4. Within the left ovary is a thin-walled, unilocular, anechoic, cystic structure measuring 3.14 x 2.63 x 2.10 cm
5. No adnexal masses seen in this scan.
6. No free fluid in the cul-de-sac
Conclusion: Normal sized retroverted uterus with thick hyperechoic endometrium.
Cystic structure within the left ovary as described, benign classification based on the IOTA scoring system.
Unremarkable right ovary.
Suggest repeart scan on Day 5 of next noral menstrual cycle for re-evaluation of left ovary, if clinically indicated.

I am scheduled to see the Ob-gyne next week but I am really bothered to know what is this all. Do I need to have a future surgery? I am afraid I won't be able to have a baby in the future. Pls. help. Thank you.
