Hi, for the past 3 days, I've been having severe stomach bloating that is tender to the touch on the left lower abdomen and upper stomach above the belly button. I don't have the urge to eat as I can feel the food sitting in my stomach. I did not have a bowel movement for the first 2 days. On the 3rd day I did have a few bowl movements, however they were liquid in nature. I am not sure if this is gas or something more serious. It hurts to move around and I only feel some sort of comfort if I lay on my left side.
