Hi, For The Past Year I Have Had Lumps On

Hi, for the past year I have had lumps on the back of my throat and every 2 months or so i am in extreme pain having trouble swallowing even my own salivar, my tonsils have additional large lumps growing on the side of them causing it to keep in contact with my taste buds which has made it very red and sore. I also have really dark purple veins and indents all over them, I have excruciating pain in my neck and when I yawn it's the worst pain I have ever experience! My biggest fear is cancer?
