Hi, From Last 5-6 Months I Get A Burning Sensation

Hi, from last 5-6 months I get a burning sensation in my food pipe, right from the stomach till the throat. This happens only during lunch and happens atleast thrice in a week. The sensation will go only after an hour or two and followed by a gastric problem. I usually avoid eating junk foods and am eating only home food from last one year.
5 years back I was diagnosed with Colitis and had taken its treatment. Request you to please help me and guide me through this.
