Hi good day...I recently found out I was pregnant...at 5wks 4 days I had back pain and brown discharge...went to the gyno the next day...no bleeding just disc comfort in lower left abdomen. Did abdominal and vaginal ultra sound. Scan was good except uterus is anteverted and bulky with three small fibroids. I started to bleed that day with tiny clots...saw the doc again two days after. He put me on bed rest. I passed bigger clots with spotting. .no tissue..lower abdomen still tender...saw another doc two days after...still spotting...physical exam...said he could feel the baby... tenderness was coming from ovary which supports pregnancy...did an abdominal scan no transvaginal ..no pregnancy seen. .had mild spotting and clots. Cervix still closed ..went home... two days later .. stabbing pain to same left side... spotting restarted bright red .. went back to doc said cyst unresolved...gave me injection of voltaren and baralgin. Pain and bleeding stopped immediately. I am now wondering if I had really miscarried.. I still have pregnancy symptoms
