Hi, Had A Tooth Extraction On One Of My Wisdom

Hi, had a tooth extraction on one of my wisdom teeth 2 days ago. Had a sore throat the day of. Was extremely sick day after, feeling a little better but now have a fever gotas high as 100.7 but rresponded to Tylenol. Is this cause for alarm or did I just get sick at the same Time? My daughter was sick i should add.
