Hi i am 26 year old female and i have this serious issue of cold.When i wake up i start to sneeze non stop and also ny nose bone and area around it with my head pains.I cant breathe through my nose while sleep.When i go out from ac or come in ac or get incontact with dust it again start to sneeze non stop and also my nose get block and sometimes kept running.I have taken a lot of medicines but nothing work although gave me relief for 2-3 days but after that same things start.It been almost an year now.Please suggest somthing which will work for me in long term.
