Hi, i am 51 years old and i am in menopause. My period stop 6 months ago. I have hair loss since 2014. Now my hair is getting thinner even can see the sculpt. I went to see Dermatology and he prescribe me a medicine name Spironolactone. My dermatology doctor said the medicine will slow down my hair loss. My potassium level is fine. Should i take that Spironolactone? If do, how long should i take?
