Hi, i am a school teacher by profession. I am 41 yrs female...undergone total hysterectomy operation on may 18 th 2015. Was also suffering from low back pain since 2012 october due to bone degeneration as well as, scoliosis . 2015 jan MRI report suggests Disc collapse of L4-L5 and cauda equina nerve root compression. 1 and a half months continuous physiotherapy done feb-march. Then got operated due to fibroid in bulky and thick uterus . Total bed rest for 6 wks after operation. I joined my duty from 1st July and had to climp up stairs a bit. Terrible pain in the lower back portion, after that... cant raise my buttocks. pain on the whole right leg. Consulted physiotherapist. he said pain due to sciatica nerve compression due to tenderness in piriformis muscle. now what am I going to do?
