Hi. i am in serious trouble. stressed up very much about my health. In about a month i had protected sex with a club girl and unfortunately the condom burst during the activity. We proceeded till satisfaction. Three days later is got serious pain on my thigh muscles and many a times i could feel unsteady and week in my feet. the pain lasted for about 4 days. A week later developed stomach upsets and i could feel a burning sensation on my stomach to inside. The cord also pained much as if contracting from inside for about 30 minutes and stopped. I went for some examination and was diagnosed amoeba infection and other bacterial infections i did not ask the doctor the course. I was injected twice at my battocks and repeated the injection after a week. I was given tinidazole tablets to use for 4 days at 4 tabs a day. In that same week i developed a metallic taste and had to take some sweets to counter the condition. In the second week i went for the injection and after treatment i still could feel weak in my body. My muscles at chest were swollen and it was realy painful to lift up my hands. this lasted for 5 days. I also developed fissured tongue but the whitish substance fade away in three days. I also developed enlarged test buds at the back of my tongue and it looked like the attached image. For the past 3 weeks i have been in this condition though it is improving. The swelling has reduced and the buds are shrinking. They are not painful. I have been rinsing my mouth using lukewarm salty water 3 times a day. I also developed a swelling which could locomote to either sides of my neck and i could feel it when swallowing. I got scratchy throat and after about a week it disappeared. 2 days later i felt the throat itching and for a night it disappeared. I now have colds. Not sneezing much and no cough. Pain in joints after a little activity like running in the field. i also feel the pain at my shoulders after i carry my light laptop bag. What could be the issue Please? I have not tested for hiv am now in my 6 week after the exposure. I was told my be doctors i visited that my condition could mostly be related to the side effects of the tinidazole tablets. I recovered from stomachaches but cold and pain in joints i warrying me much. Any advice as i wait to go for the hiv test after my 12th week please? The image is not uploading but it has swollen test buds and somewhat whitish at the back of tongue.
Again i would like to know if it really is due to much stress. Before i came into the condition i could survive on pain killers from shops due to migraines which i believed was caused by excessive use of computer while studying for my final exams. But after the use of the prescribed antibiotics the headaches too stopped affecting me which makes me wonder why. i hop you would get me well. I would appreciate any advice plis. Are these symptoms of hiv or could the side effects of the antibiotics have overshadowed the hiv symptoms?
