Hi I Had A Positive Pregnancy Blood Test In December

Hi i had a positive pregnancy blood test in December my hcg was 343 and few days after i start bleeding and the hormone level start dropping the Dr told me that i had a miscarriage and the hcg came down to normal but i kept having my symptoms and keep gaining weight , producing milk, i had an ultrasound at around 3 months from my last period they could not find any pregnancy, now it might be 5 months if I'm pregnant and belly getting bigger and hard, i also felt movement , i have a bad cough and every time i cough i will leak a pinky colour discharge, haven't had a regular period since November 14th. I went to the Dr today and he did a urine test and it is negative , also did a blood test , i wil get the result tomorrow ? It has been a long waiting period for me and it is my first pregnancy.
