Hi, I Had Protected And Unprotected Anal Intercourse For About

Hi, i had protected and unprotected anal intercourse for about 6 times. and some did cum into my ass and that was on may last week, as my last exposure, and got my blood work for hiv and syphilis last july 1 and got the result syphilis is reactive and got the treatment now. and I am non-reactive with my hiv result with 4th generation ag/ab combo test calculating about 4 weeks from the last exposure. Sorry for my bad english.

My question is, is this this reliable result that i dont have hiv? or if i have co-infection with syphilis, can hiv be easily detected? I am so scared about this situation!! Pls help!!!
