Hi, i have a health concern im 46 years old male and ive notice that my viens from left and right Arm appears strong like if i worked out but im toltaly relax and if extend my arms my vien Sinks in and leaves the vien outline. I Have muscle pain on my arm and sholder also get tingling sensation throughout my arms and fingers ..
Any Idea what im going through ?
