Hi, I Just Recently Found Out My Cousin Whom Lives

Hi, i just recently found out my cousin whom lives with me is 14 weeks roughly pregnant and she has informed that she was using methamphetamines most of the time. When will she drug free to pass a test at the drs office? Also, how much damage could she possibly have done? We are not for abortion in our family, but if the baby will be strongly afftected by her choices we think that would be best. She doesnt want to tell her dr because its our family dr. She promised to stay clean and would be under strict supervision. I am worried if she keeps the baby she did to much damage already or they will drug test her and take the baby. Advice?
