Hi i recently noticed a lumo frowing on the inside of my nose near my right nostril but not directly on the nostril, it feels like it is growing but not too much over the period of about three years. Before i noticed the lump i was pregnant and getting these weird looking little bumps on that area thAt seemed like pimples but they werent because they didnt really pop nor go away until after i had my baby. Now im concerned because i can clearly feel it when i touch the inside of my right nostril. It does not hurt and i tried to squeeze it but its hard, i cant really see that far up, and nothing happens when i squeeze. What could this be ? Cancer?
