Hi I Was Playing With A Mates Dog The Other

Hi i was playing with a mates dog the other night and he ended up nibbling and biting my hands and arms then the next morning i woke up with scratch marks and swollen bruises which some of them were abit sore and now it feels like its effecting one of my veins near my thumb because its sore when i tense around that area.please help i hope its not that serious.
