Hi, i'm Janilou. Is their any forms of help I can get since I have an adenomyosis. My gyne suggestive that I should start making a baby at my age now of 31 since she said that my uterus is swelling sue to my condition & it will no longer be conducive sooner to be pregnant. But it said that adenomyosis is also having long term & heavy bleeding which I do not have during my menstruation. My menstruation would only take 3days & at d 3rd day, usually blood clots come out.. i'm really confused. & is there any way to shrink the uterus since my gyne said it is swelling? Thank u
