Hi, i'm a 19 years old, male.
It's a cold weather all the time and i can't get a long with the cold air.
Yesterday i had a shower and after i finished 10 min later my nose is blocked and my lung is heavy i haven't slept, and i'm afraid that i have problem. My nose is not blocked right now, thank god for that, but my lungs still heavy.
