Hi In 2012 I Started Having Heavy Bleeding And Spotting

Hi in 2012 I started having heavy bleeding and spotting between periods went to my doctor and they found a pylop it was removed in 2013 (no cancer) I still continue having longer periods and light spotting between my periods. Went to another doctor 2015 they said I had a ruptured cyst but I never had any pains from it. Went to the doctor 2016 July and now they say I tested positive for hpv but my pap was normal I'm so scared that I have cancer I'm freaking out right now. Im so confused I have been married for 11years I have never slept with anyone else my husband claims he's been faithful as well. I'm so scared right now I have a colscopy and endometrial test coming up on September 1
