Hi , Is There Anything Natural I Can Take For

Hi , is there anything natural I can take for Zpack constipation? I have 2 days left on my Zpack and ive been constipated with it ( never happened before) ans I read don't take magnesium with Zpack so I haven't, however, that leaves out milk of magnesia too. Is there anything to take while on a Zpack to Not be constipated? Thank you
