Hi My 14 Month Old Son Broke His Front Top

Hi my 14 month old son broke his front top tooth. And in place of the tooth there is red soft tissue as big as the tooth. The tooth has come out from the root and is completely hollow from inside. There was slight bleeding and no swelling in or around his mouth apart from that red thick tissue.
His tooth got stuck in his tshirt n came out not during to any accidental bang.
Please tell me how can I get that red tissue to go.
