Hi My 2year Old Girl Hasn't Been Well The Past

Hi my 2year old girl hasn't been well the past week. Mon and tue her temp was high (highest at night 38.3.) them last night (Wednesday) it was a lot lower normal even. Wednesday day time she was a lot more like her self playing and getting on with it even tho she still had a blocked nose. Now tonight from 11:30pm till now she's been waking up crying saying she's poorly and also complaint about her belly the longer this has gone on she become more cool to touch and very clammy also a strong pee like smell. I've took her temp and its 35.3. She now asleep again and has been for 35min. What should I do if anything??
