Hi, my 6.5 yrs old has fever since morning, she is 21 kgs. In day it was around 101, but after 8pm.its like 102.6-102.8. i have given 3 doses of calpol 7.5 ml so far. Should I switch to meftal-p 5 ml to control temp? I have put cold water path also for 2 times now.also she picked 2-3 times in morning hence doctor advised ondem 5ml 30-45 mins before food. Which is also given twice now.11:30am and 6:30pm respectively Calpol first dose at 1pm. Last dose at 8:30 pm. Seems like now temp is reduced.but need a overall advise.
