Hi, my 7 year old son just woke up crying and acting like he was choking, he is not choking though and then he tells me that his stomach and throat hurts really bad. So he goes to the bathroom because he feels like he is going to get sick but does not and comes back out and says he went potty but his stomach and throat still hurt really bad he does not have a high fever and has not complained at all today about feeling sick, what should I do, should I keep him home from school tomorrow and take him to our family doctor?
