Hi, my 9 y.o. son has had a fever for the last 2 days. It goes to 103, goes down with Advil. He complained of stomach paid initially, but not anymore. He says his throat hurts. Today he developed a rash. All over his body, some parts more, some less. It's tiny red raised dots. They are itchy. What could this be? Thank you
