Hi, My Wife Is 5w2d Pregnant And In Today's First

Hi, my Wife is 5w2d pregnant and in today's first scan, we found a healthy gestational sac with yolk sac inside. Further to which the doctor also spotted another sac but at the lower part of uterus near cervix. Just above the "V" of the cervix. What are the chances of this sac surviving and moving up? In the event this sac does not survive, will it affect the other sac which is at much safer location within uterus? Thanks
