Hi my grandaughter was swimming
in my pool today, after we were done I noticed she has chicken pox. She wasn't feeling to well the past two days but seemed fine today. Needless to say both my husband and I handled her a lot during our swim. I am 61 my husband 59. We are concerned with the possibility of coming down with shingles. Is there anything that we can do to prevent or lessen the risk of getting shingles at this point?
