Hi, My Husband Has Been In This Type Of Situation

Hi, my husband has been in this type of situation that I am explain twice before now. He went to a BHS for a week and they gave him a low dose of depakote. It helped up greatly. He stopped taking it in December due to the doc not scheduling him an appt. he has now begin to show more symptoms and the doctor can't see us until next Wednesday!!! What am I to do? He is restless, no sleep at all if any like 30 minutes per day. He is alert and oriented but sometimes gets confused. For example I asked for a kiss and he refused and stated "I'm not gay" tried explaining that I am a girl and he just looked confused. He is extremely paranoid. but as long as we are about a lot of people he is okay but when we aren't the symptoms starts back. His mom brought a book today for him to read thinking it would put him to sleep but instead he's been reading it until now 4:30 am since 8pm.
