Hi, my husband who is 74yrs old was diagnosed having Parkinson's Plus 4yrs back. Has been on 'Syndopa Plus' three times a day. The muscle rigidity is comparatively not very enhanced. His most troubling symptom is his postural hypotension. It takes him a good hour to hour and a half to become stable in the mornings. His BP falls to levels like 84/50mmhg.
