Hi my husband woke up this morning and immediately became very dizzy and nauseated. So he laid back down and the dizzyness continue until he sat upright and still. He has since vomited and feels weak. No fever but has some hot and cold flashes. His right arm at the elbow area has been painful for the lady two week and now also has some neck pain. Should I go to the er or wait it out
