Hi My Implanon Expired 11 Months Ago.. (i Dont Have

Hi my implanon expired 11 months ago.. (i dont have the money to get removed and no doctors in my area will work with me on payments they all want about $400 upfront) here lately ive been severely depressed, have had horrible and i mean HORRIBLE abdomen pain (like cramps but havent had cramps like this is since i was 12 and now 20), my boobs are really sore and both me and my fiance have noticed my boobs are getting bigger, im getting a little worried. Could you possibly help me with some advice please.
