Hi My Last Period Date Is 24th Nov.my Cycle Varies

Hi my last period date is 24th Nov.my cycle varies from 24 days to 34 days.I tested positive for pregnancy and hcg count is 750. But still there is no visible gestational sac in the scan.is it due to early pregnancy or some other complications as ectopic.I don't have any bleeding or pain till.now
