Hi my name is Kathleen. I had a nerve conduction test from a Brain Institution where I live and I have nerve damage. Both my feet at the bottom top and toes are always numb. I was referred to a foot doctor and he told me to wear 15-20 m compression socks so it would help. The foot doctor told me it could me vircose viens that could be trapping the one nerve on the side of my right foot. He also told to get a multivitamin that has B6, B12, Folic Acid, and Lopoic Acid. I was able to find several multivitamins with all those vitamins in it but Lipoic Acid. I found that Lipoic Acid is told separately and not in a multivitamin. Is Lipoic Acid good for my condition?
