Hi, My Name Is Numan From Pakistan. My Younger Brother

Hi,
my name is Numan from Pakistan. My younger brother is suffering from proteinuria. Nephrologist suggested kidney biopsy which diagnosed MPGN type-1. After starting the treatment of HCV my brother had faced chest pain with shortness of breath and we took him to the hospital immediately. Doctor had suggested CT-scan and pulmonary embolism with bilateral basal consolidation rolled out. Anti-coagulant medication started immediately which reduced chest pain and shortness of breath. Anticoagulant medicine "warfarin" has interaction with Sovaldi (sofosbuvir) which we are giving for HCV treatment that's why doctor gave him Rivaroxaban as anticoagulant and Gemifloxacin as anti-biotech. Now after one month HCV PCR is non-detected we have repeated chest x-ray but basal consolidation still exist.
I'm here to ask that the treatment is going good or not?

Kind Regards
Numan Ahmed
