Hi my name is Phyllis, I have been having a pain that is crampy in my left pelvic area. It feels like it goes up into my chest, like pressure, I have seen black spots like I might faint. It lasts only a few minutes. I also vomit and then I'm fine. Also had some vaginal bleeding one time, not at the same time
